Featuring 3 oz Moet Imperial Champagne aperitif paired with the traditional Haus Salat, two 3 oz "Sommelier selection" Rosé wines to pair with our Alpler Cheese Fondue and finally a 3 oz dessert wine Moscato to pair with our homemade Apfelstrudel.
