Start your evening with a hog butchering demonstration in our dining room by Mark DeNittis of Denvers Il Mondo Vecchio.  Enjoy four delicious hogcentric courses from Eagle County 4-H member-raised hog. Highlighted by guest bartender and cocktail pairings from Leopold Brothers Distillery. Appetizers and cocktails and the demonstration begin at 6:30pm, followed by dinner. Space is limited.
